Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective. If you receive a defective item, please contact us at (519) 804-9179, or by e-mail at sales@countyfoodservices.ca, with details of the product and the defect. The cost of shipping the product back to County Food Services Inc. is the sole responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise specified by County Food Services Inc.

Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail or phone, within a reasonable period of time, whether or not you are entitled to (i) a refund or (ii) a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are entitled to a replacement or refund, we will replace the product or refund the purchase price of the product, using the original method of payment. Shipping on all returned items is non-refundable.
