Shipping & Delivery
Once an order is submitted, it begins processing as quickly as possible. However, please keep in mind that orders may take up to 3-5 business days to process before they are shipped, subject to the availability of our products. County Food Services Inc. reserves the right to cancel partial or the entire order and will contact you to notify you of any changes, for any reason, including, but not limited to, product availability, packaging and shipping issues, postal strikes, and other unforeseen circumstances that interfere with our ability to fulfill the order. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, County Food Services Inc. shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount charged. All orders that are placed are finalized and changes can not be made. Should there be a concern or question with an order after it has been placed, you may contact County Food Services Inc. by phone or email to discuss potential concerns, however those concerns may lead to additional administrative and/or shipping costs. We ship across Canada. For retail purchases, the following shipping rates and minimum order requirements for free shipping apply. Please note, taxes are applicable on values mentioned below.

Orders from Ontario with a pre-tax total under $60.00 will incur a $15.00 shipping charge. Free shipping is applicable on orders $60.00 or above.

Orders from these provinces with a pre-tax total under $120.00 will incur a $25.00 shipping charge. Free shipping is applicable on orders $120.00 or above.

Orders from these provinces and territories with a pre-tax total under $250.00 will incur a $75.00 shipping charge. Free shipping is applicable on orders $250.00 or above
Once the County Food Services Inc. product(s) ordered have been delivered or collected (as the case may be) you are responsible for them. Ownership of County Food Services Inc. Product(s) will pass to you on delivery or collection (as the case may be), provided full payment including any delivery charges, have been received. This means that any damage to the County Food Services Inc. product(s) arising after delivery or collection will be your responsibility. County Food Services Inc. cannot be held accountable for County Food Services Inc. product(s) that are damaged after delivery or collection.
The Contract will come to an end when the County Food Services Inc. product(s) ordered have been paid for and delivered or collected (as the case may be). Your rights relating to cancellation and returns remain unaffected. Delivery will occur when we or the courier have delivered the County Food Services Inc. product(s) to the delivery address. Collection will occur when either you or someone on your behalf collects the County Food Services Inc. product(s) from us or the courier’s depot.
Pricing and Payments
To ease the minds of our retail customers, we want to ensure you that our site is secure. We do not record, track or keep Credit Card numbers on file and with our updated website we will never have to. In fact, when you enter your Credit Card information rest assured that the information you have provided is never viewed by our staff. It goes directly to TD Merchant Services and they settle the transaction for us both. If you prefer to call us and place your order over the phone we can certainly take a Credit Card number over the phone and rest assured that information is destroyed once the order is complete. We accept payments by the following methods: Visa, Mastercard, Visa Debit, Interac, Discover, Union Pay, American Express, and JCB.
You should be aware that online payment transactions are subject to validation checks by your card issuer. We are not responsible if your card issuer declines to authorise payment for any reason. We carry out a standard pre-authorisation check on your payment card at the time you place an order, and our products will not be despatched until payment for the full costs of the order has been authorised.
The prices of our products are as quoted on the Website and are subject to change from time to time. County Food Services Inc. makes its best effort to continuously update the website’s product list and prices. However, it should be noted that the website contains a large number of products and, despite our best efforts, some of the products on the website may be priced incorrectly or unavailable. We will normally verify prices and availability as part of our despatch procedure so that, where the correct price is less than our stated price, we will charge you the lower amount. If a County Food Services Inc. product’s correct price is higher than the price stated on the Website, we will either contact you for instructions before despatching the product or reject your order and notify you of the rejection.

Returns and Exchange
We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective. If you receive a defective item, please contact us at (519) 804-9179, or by e-mail at sales@countyfoodservices.ca, with details of the product and the defect. The cost of shipping the product back to County Food Services Inc. is the sole responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise specified by County Food Services Inc.
Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail or phone, within a reasonable period of time, whether or not you are entitled to (i) a refund or (ii) a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are entitled to a replacement or refund, we will replace the product or refund the purchase price of the product, using the original method of payment. Shipping on all returned items is non-refundable.
